In observance of the Nyepi Day and Eid al-Fitr holiday period from March 18 – 24, 2026, there will be an adjustment to our operational services as follows:
Deposit Services
Deposit services will continue to operate as usual without any changes during this period.
Withdrawal Services
Withdrawal services will be unavailable from March 18 – 24, 2026 and will resume normal operations on Wednesday, March 25, 2026.
This adjustment is made due to the national holiday observance during the Nyepi Day and Eid al-Fitr period. We kindly encourage clients to plan their trading activities and fund management accordingly.
