Withdrawal

Please note that you can only withdraw funds from your trading account to a bank account held under your name. KVB is unable to facilitate funds transfers to or from third party accounts.

We generally process withdrawals using the same method and destination from which it was deposit. However, we may, at our discretion, consider an alternative method.
International bank wire transfers may be subject to fees imposed by your bank. Please contact your bank for further details.

Which accounts can I use to make a deposit?
You must use your own personal payment accounts for deposits. We do not accept third-party payments or direct payments on behalf of others. For more details, please refer to the Client Area.
Why was my deposit unsuccessful?
You may have exceeded the daily transfer limit or the available balance on your debit card. Please ensure that your card is not expired. If the issue persists, contact our online customer service for assistance.
Will I be charged any fees for making a deposit?
While KVB does not impose any fees, please note that your bank, card provider, or payment gateway may apply transaction fees or commissions, which are beyond our control.
How long does it usually take for a deposit to be credited to my account?
Your balance will be updated as soon as the deposit is successfully verified by the bank.
What deposit methods are available on the platform, and how can I make a deposit?
You can deposit funds via bank transfer to our account in USD or IDR.
Withdrawing Funds
Is there a fee for processing withdrawals?
KVB does not charge any fees for withdrawals. However, please note that international bank wire transfers may incur fees imposed by your bank.
What are the Deposit and Withdrawal policies?
Deposits can be made multiple times in a single day, while withdrawals are limited to one per day per account.
Can I make a withdrawal request immediately after my deposit has been credited?
Yes, there are no restrictions on withdrawals within our office operational hours.
What should I do if the withdrawal status shows successful, but the funds haven't been credited to my bank account?
Withdrawals are processed during office hours. If a withdrawal is marked as successful but the funds have not been credited to your account, it may be due to varying requirements or processing times of different banks.
Why was my withdrawal request unsuccessful?
Your withdrawal request may have failed if it was incorrectly addressed to a third party, as we are unable to transfer funds to anyone other than the account holder. Additionally, insufficient funds in your account could also cause the request to fail. If you continue to experience issues, please contact our Customer Support team, and we will assist you as soon as possible.
